Derek Hutson, a F.I.B.A Level 1 Coach, has 20+ years of experience in talent development. He has mentored district, state, and national-level athletes, producing international and national champions in athletics and basketball. His expertise lies in skill development, strategy, and competitive excellence, shaping the next generation of athletes.

Represented Madras University in Basketball for 2 years.
Represented Anna University in Basketball and Athletics.
Won a bronze medal in Discus Throw at the Senior Federation Meet (Chennai, 2007).
Represented Tamil Nadu more than 8 times in Javelin and Discus Throw.
